NOTICE TO VENDORS


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson,
State of New Jersey on March 28, 2024 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:

RFP - 24 – 08 -Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Café Operations at Sinatra Park


A site visit will be scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024. Potential lessees should meet personnel from the City of Hoboken at Sinatra Park near the Frank Sinatra statue.


Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12:00 p.m. on March 8, 2024. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.


The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide  café  operations  at  Sinatra  Park,  in  accordance  with  the specifications or City approved equivalent.

Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).

Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
