CITY OF HOBOKEN PUBLIC NOTICE
Request for Expression of Interest: 916 Garden Street Automated Parking Garage
Purpose: The City of Hoboken, New Jersey, is inviting interested qualified and experienced developers and/or development teams with the necessary resources, expertise, and licensure to enter into a Public Private Partnership (PPP) to submit an Expression of Interest for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the proposed new fully automated, fully enclosed, parking garage at 916 Garden Street, with at least 300 parking spaces, as a replacement
of the current facility.
